International Student Festival in Greifswald – Call for Applications

The Greifswald International Students Festival (gristuf) e.V. is a student-run, non-profit organization based in Greifswald, Germany. Its mission is to enrich the city’s cultural diversity and to promote intercultural dialogue, tolerance, and mutual understanding. The organization’s flagship project is the Greifswald International Student Festival.

The 11th edition of the festival will take place from 17 to 21 June 2026, under the motto
“Shaping Spaces – Creating Communities.”
During the festival, 60 students from across Europe will be given the opportunity to exchange ideas, engage in discussions, and explore the central theme of the event together.

Through a variety of workshops and cultural programs, the festival will focus on the importance of spaces beyond home and work in fostering community life, encouraging dialogue, and building a healthy society. The aim is to motivate participants to actively engage, share ideas, and become multipliers within their own local communities.

Students of our university are warmly invited to apply and take part in this international exchange, gaining new perspectives alongside peers from different nations, cultures, and religious backgrounds.

The application period runs from 8 January to 22 February 2026.
